All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any treatments or services purchased.

However, exceptions may be considered solely for medical reasons, provided valid proof is submitted. To request a refund under these conditions.

Promotional and Discounted Treatments

If, in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, a refund is granted for treatments purchased at a promotional or discounted rate, any services already rendered will be charged at their full, non-discounted retail price. The refund amount will be calculated as your original payment minus the full retail value of all completed treatments. In most cases, this will result in no refund being due.
